1. Production Features
This series of crusher is newly improved on the basis of simple pendulum jaw crusher. It is improved from medium, coarse crusher to an ultrafine crusher which expand the application scope of the simple pendulum jaw crusher.
Co***red with other fine crushers, this series of crusher has the following advantages:
1.1 After nearly ten years application and improvement it fully shows that this series of crusher is with remarkable effect, durable in use and can stand up to the test of the market.
1.2 In the ultrafine product the grain size less than 8mm can reach the proportion of 50%.
1.3 Free of friction crushing; long service life of jaw plate, with only 2kg steel consumption for crushing one hundred tons of ore (including residual lining plate); generally, service life of jaw plate is 45-60days.
1.4 Cost effective. Co***red with other types of fine crusher, its price is 1/4-1/2 times lower, and its maintenance cost is 1/3-1/5 times lower.
1.5 ¡°more crushing and less grinding¡± with obvious benefit. Co***red with other crushers it¡¯s processing capacity can increase by 15-30%.
1.6 We designed separate thin oil station for lubrication independently. There is safety protection once the transmission arm overload.
2. Notes for model selection
2.1 JC56 and JC4060 are medium and coarse crushers;
2.2 JC1675 is superfine crusher;
2.3 Both thin oil station and electric 2.4 belt pulley and motor are arranged on the left and right respectively, for the convenience of parallel connection of multiple unites, which can be ***ermined as per customer¡¯s requirements. If there is no special requirement, it will be made in accordance with the manufacturer¡¯s drawings.
